Activities Planned
There are many exciting events planned again this year during the tournament. Between games, athletes and fans alike can entertain themselves with lots of activities from eating to juggling to helping to raise money for a worthy cause.
We will be welcoming local businesses that support our booster programs and offer fundraiser activities. They will be on hand to answer questions and provide detailed information on fundraising opportunities for your booster program. We are offering this to these local businesses at no cost to them so that you may increase your abilities to help our student athletes fund their soccer ambitions. Please take a few minutes and stop by their tables. Sports VendorsDid you forget shin guards? Need a new pair of socks? No worries!
Stop by the t-shirt stand and pick up a pair. Supplies are limited. Local Soccer Stars
This year we will welcome Line Mountain Alums and current players for the Williamsport City Lions Brooke Klinger and Sierra Klinger. They will be here to promote the team, sign autographs and help us count touches in the Juggling Contest. Take some time to stop and talk with these local standouts and ask about their college recruiting journey, playing in college or what it is like to play on a semi-pro team.

Military Care Packages - 2018
In 2018, we packed over 200 care packages for military service members around the world. This really turned our to be a great community effort as many of the thank-you cards were created during our annual Youth soccer camp. Additionally, area businesses and individuals donated items and time to help fill the packages. During the tournament many tournament goers took the time to fill a care package, create a thank you card or fill out the needed paperwork. It was a great effort by all involved. Finally we partnered with current service members and former Line Mountain soccer alum to ship the packages across the country and around the world. Our packages made it all the way to Iraq!
Giving back to the Community - A NoteA vital part of the Line Mountain Soccer program is to "motivate student athletes to be better citizens through soccer". To help achieve this each year the soccer program does various communities service activities from cleaning up local parks, volunteering with the local AYSO and washing fire trucks. In addition, the soccer program also raises money to help the The Recreation Fields each year through their Golden Goal program. In 2011, the LM soccer team partnered with the Danville Rotary Club to help bring clean safe drinking water to the school children in rural Thailand. To date we have provided three water filtration systems which provides over 1500 people with clean drinking water on a daily basis. Thank you all for helping to make a difference.
