2017 Tournament Results

The 9th Annual Eagles 7v7 Soccer Tournament was held Saturday 24-Jun-2017 at the Line Mountain Jr./Sr. High School sports fields in Herndon, PA. The tournament welcomed 55 teams across 8 divisions, a record number this year.  More than 2,000 players, parents and fans turned out for the event from across the Susquehanna Valley.  The days highlights included 129-20 minute games, booster fundraising and sports vendors and our annual juggling contest.  This year the tournament was divided between two venues, the Line Mountain High School and the Line Mountain Recreation Fields (Rec Fields).  The Rec Fields hosted the High School Boys and Middle School Boys divisions, while all others divisions were at the high school.  The tournament was hosted by the Line Mountain High School Soccer Boosters and was sponsored by over 40 businesses and organizations.

Teams were comprised of high school and middle school student athletes from across the central Pennsylvania as well as AYSO youth teams. The tournament was also able to leverage the event to give back to the community.  The Line Mountain Soccer Boosters challenged the teams to collect soda tabs to be donated to the Ronald McDonald House in Danville, Pa.  In all, there were over 232lbs of soda tabs collected.

The LM soccer boosters would like to thank all the players, parents and fans that joined us for a day of soccer.
