Below are the official 7v7 tournament documents.  All teams need to submit a team roster and all medical waiver forms the day of the tournament (one medical waiver form per player).

Please note that Player registration, including the medical waiver is being collected through Team Snap this year.  There will be no paper forms, and you do not need to bring these to the event.  They are online.
